Primarily this PR adds the getWeightProducer lines needed for the Autumn18 production. It adds some additional samples to the Autumn18 information which weren't in the last PR. Don't worry, I ran neff finder on them as well. In addition the PR has some minor updates to scenarios and the getResults script.
