T1tttt fastsim 2016 and 2017

Also one T2tt fastsim sample for 2016, and a few minor script updates. Unit tests are added.

NB: FastSim JECs currently not used, because existing 80X version does not have PUPPI corrections (needed for AK8 jets in 94X).
