[Run2_2017] Neff Lines for WJets Inclusive

  1. Add the MCSample lines for the WJets inclusive production (both RunIISummer16MiniAODv3 and RunIIFall17MiniAODv2)
  2. Make a fix to getResults.py so it picks up the correct dictionary
