Many updates for miniAODv2 and Production V3
- update how triggers are stored:
- all listed triggers are kept in every event in fixed sorted order
- TriggerPass == -1 means not found, 0 means failed, 1 means passed
- add Spring15v2 samples, 2015D 05Oct2015 re-miniAOD, 2015D part 2 (PromptReco-v4)
- update weight producer, scenarios, loopers for new samples (also remove 2015B, no longer used)
- add new JSON files
- keep PDF weights by default
- update lumi summary script
- update MET filters
- update jet ID and add different working points
- rework JetsForHadTau to use GoodJets for jet ID, add vector<bool> masks for per-jet ID status
- fix inconsistency in sigmaIetaIeta calculation in PhotonIDisoProducer
- simplify PDF weights (thanks to @nhanvtran)
- update README for all of these changes
