A bunch of minor fixes affecting only tests:

White space and coding conventions in some shape tests .cpp files
Box benchmark: force printouts of points with mismatches
Trapezoid benchmark: change back ntracks->npoints, as all other shape benchmarks
Fix compilation warning in test/globalbenchmarks/XRayBenchamrkFromROOTFile.cpp
