Restructuring + Integration of Box

This is adiabatic step #2 in our current restructuring process to VecCore + new class layout.

This merge request contains:

The new Box based on VecCore and new Implementation Structure; New way of using VecGeom Box for UBox (see commit messages for more details)

Compiles on CPU/GPU; passes Box unit test;
