[VECGEOM-323] redefine EInside enumeration

Sandro Christian Wenzel requested to merge swenzel/newEInside into master

  • the old enumeration starting from 0 caused compilation problems under some circumstances (Intel + UMESIMD) because 0 was interpreted as nullptr

  • this trivial redefinition avoids such problems
