RD53B tuning of pixels on periphery

Currently, the RD53B/ITkPix threshold tuning procedure only tunes with respect to the global threshold register DiffTh1M
, and a tuning results in a threshold map as below:
This is nicely hidden from most users since the basic YARR plots have 5-sigma wide x-limits on the plots of threshold distribution: This hides a significant amount of pixels from view in these cases.
Solution
There are DiffTh1L
and DiffTh1R
for the sets of left and right pixel core columns. Incorporate into the mask/core column loops somehow separately handle the core columns addressed by DiffTh1L
and DiffTh1R
and use them for the minimization.
