Star scans
This is a summary of scans that are needed for strips and their current status. Most have been implemented in some form in YARR, but not all:
- Noise occupancy

Allow for scan with more than 255 hits per bin (send triggers in bursts) -
Variable trigger count (eg 100 at low threshold to 1e6 at high threshold) see !366 -
