WIP: Fixes and Additions for Star Operations

  1. Fixes to TrimDAC operations.
  2. StarChannelFeedback to trim Star chips
  3. StarCounterLoop to read data from hit counters
  4. Make digital injection work from StarTriggerLoop
  5. Track the HCC input channel of an ABC in StarCfg since that's used by StarDataProcessor for histogramming.
