Fix usage of LoopStatus in OccupancyAnalysis' OccupancyMap input/output objects

Giving OccupancyMap output hists the correct LoopStatus and allowing for multiple input hists names.

Needed to load in OccupancyMaps in OccupancyAnalysis and to make sure that the correct LoopStatus is attached to the output OccupancyMap @elebouli
