First implementation of cross-talk measurement for ITKPixV1

I implemented the cross-talk threshold scan and the disconnect bump scan. I tested both of them with FBK(50x50,3D) sensor + ITKPixV1.1 chip, with a -10V bias. I was only able to see cross-talk in a large part of the matrix after tuning to 700e. The measured cross-talk for this sensor type is ~0.7%.

The efficiency on the edges is much smaller, so it's unclear if we can use the cross-talk to check the bump connectivity for the pixels on the edges (at least not for these type of sensors).
