Hardcoding removal
Remove the Strip specific functions in netioTxCore.cpp and made corresponding changes in Abc130TriggerLoop.cpp, Abc130.cpp, Hcc.cpp and their headerfiles. IMPORTANT this DOES NOT have the latest JJ setup features.
