Changes to default scans for pixel failure analysis

The following changes are made:

  • Change mask default to false in disconnected bump scan. We don't want to mask pixels that show no x-talk in Module QC procedure.
  • Change maskSize to 0 in disconnected bump scan
  • Add merged bump scan. This scan injects slightly higher charge (supplied by -t option) than what the chip is tuned to into neighboring pixels with maskSize 1. The Occupancy analysis checks for pixels which have more than 1 hit.
