Update read adc

Adds option to consider shared vmux in read-adc script, to be used in ITkpix module QC. This means that when reading the ADC of one FE, all of the other FE's must have their vmux's set to high-z. User needs to supply -s [high-z register value], i.e. -s 63, to enable this option.
