Re-introduced RD53A capability be making chip specific archiver classes.

Still testing as somehow we are getting the following issues:

  • additional event with 666 / removed for the moment
  • sometimes it requires multiple configures to establish communication with the chip
  • sometimes it requires multiple start/stop before the event building works
  • stops event building after the first run; re-configuring helps

Will test in beam.
