Better visualization of E-SUMMARY result

With an eye on the future expansion of the Local DB, I refactor the visualization of E-SUMMARY.

• We place links in the order of the real FE chips for each electrical test, with colors showing pass/fail.
• Pass/Fail as a module is shown in the peripheral.
• The numbers of bad pixels etc. are shown in the table when the cursor is on that FE chip of any electrical test results.
• Implementation is limited to quad modules.
