Fix slow download_component function

Yuma Uematsu requested to merge bugfix/slow-pull-component into main

Module reception sites observe slow download_component, which takes a few tens of minutes. Yoann from LPSC pointed out that break is missing in the trial loop in case of success, for 2 places. I also tested with this fix and it took less than one minute.
