Fix compoent properties handling

Hideyuki Oide requested to merge fix-compoent-properties into main

It was found that the property fields in the component page are not working as expected.

  • obsolete properties produce "None" rows in the table.
  • codeTable properties were not possible to modify.

This MR will fix these.
