Devel refactor

• Introduced partial match in pulling components
• By default, use prodDB stage/test scheme
• Component SN delimited view in the viewer, interpreting component features from SN and displayed
• Recursively download PCB, Bare and FEs.
• PCB and Bare-module QC status doc and page-view.
