[API] Add flex batch to the API

Add a new field, flex_pcb_batch, to the JSON returned by the API (sites/<site>/serial_numbers?verbose=true). The Grafana dashboard will be updated accordingly to display the corresponding field. The MR has been tested locally and gives expected results.
