fix: Update deleteTestRun calls to match new API

Initiated from a request by @mwielers at the Production DB meeting on Sep 8th 2023 (https://indico.cern.ch/event/1323285/) and implemented by Marek on Dec 15th 2023 in v0.63.4 of the application (API).

Both deleteTestRun and deleteComponent have an additional reason field that needs to be filled.

Resolves #50 (closed).
