PDF require E-SUMMARY to have MODULE_TEMPERATURE filled and atm in localDB it is not filled if the stage is not cold/warm.

Several stages are not warm/cold but still have E-SUMMARY attached to them (PARYLENE_UNMASKING, WIREBOND_PROTECTION, etc)
