Feature NXCALS-988 split projects and testbed

  1. Removal of the datasources from the project
  2. Rewrite of the monitoring-producer to use the ingestion api directly. Now the producer sends 10 x 60 / minute records directly to kafka. Monitoring reader reads those. No datasources anymore in nxcals.
  3. Adding testbed environment (just a new inventory)

Once this is merged you can stop your datasources manually if you don't work with them. Datasources will be installed as a separate project having its own pipeline with envs like in nxcals. They will use nxcals testbed environment to send values in all the pre-pro envs.
