NXCALS-1022 Prometheus's Node-Exporter and Grafana dashboard for node metrics

This merge requests adds a very helpful feature to our environment.

Thanks to Prometheus's Node-Exporter module, we can now enable host-metrics and monitoring.

Furthermore, via the Prometheus data source in our Grafana instance, we can acquire some useful graphs that describe each node's performance at the corresponding target environment where NXCALS ecosystem lives.
