NXCALS-1029 - Add two systems to NXCALS testbed

This is about two new systems to be added to our testbed. I have also modified a bit the etl ansible script so that we can specify which system should go to which environment. Such distinction, configuration wise, is just temporarily until we put into production the "several topics" feature.

The merge is rather urgent as data sources on test are already putting data into testbed kafka topics.
