NXCALS-1153 Enlarges logstash client inactivity timeout to avoid network communication issues

This MR is comming as a fix for filebeat-logstash network communication issues, as described by the corresponding bug report.

The action against that issue is to enlarge the client inactivity timeout to 10min for the filebeat input plugin.
