NXCALS-1147 Investigate possibilities to restrain number of email alerts sent by Alertmanager&Prometheus

Few minor fixes on alerts. Also reduced numer of dataloss alerts to 3 (byminute, byhour, byday). The device for which dataloss occur can be found in the label of alert.
