NXCALS-1226 Entity lock migration calls on NXCALS

This MR is part of the migration side for the entity locking feature.

As described on !178 (merged) (MR for the feature part on NXCALS service), we need to "lock"-> "unlock" entities during operations that are targeting them.

One of those operations is the Migration process. Therefore this MR is about administering that kind of special actions on entities.
