NXCALS-7487 Execute python integration tests parallel

Python integration tests are in separate module. Also, each configuration (yarn/local, 2021.12/2023.06, wheel/bundle) has defined separate subproject to make it possible, to run tests suites parallel (only tasks from different subprojects can run parallel in gradle).
