NXCALS-1292 Remove usage of explicit NXCALS queries from Migration

Nikolay Tsvetkov requested to merge feature-NXCALS-1292_use_getEntityById_for_migration into develop

The purpose of this merge request is to remove the direct queries we perform against NXCALS core tables like SYSTEMS, ENTITIES, ENTITIES_HIST , SCHEMAS and PARTITIONS. Instead we get the required information calling the NXCALS Service API.
