NXCALS-1368 change client record size to be configurable

Made client use the parameter for the max record size only.

Currently we have very big values for Kafka max.record.size (like 1GB/2GB). I have not touched that for the moment. There is also a setting for ETL set to 30MB by Marcin (this is also not touched). Both Kafka & ETL will have to be aligned in the future.
