NXCALS-1383 Exposes and doubles kafka source buffer size property to ansible for hbase and hdfs

Enlarges the kafka source buffers for hbase and hdfs jobs, in order to avoid issues with OOM exceptions, that are causing both contexts to explode and stop (hbase was constantly switching between stop/start mode).
