NXCALS-1384 Removes unused migration machines from pro inventory

Grigorios Avgitidis requested to merge feature-NXCALS-1384-remove-unused-mig-machines-pro-env into develop

This MR removes all the recently stated as "unused" migration machines (nxcals-migration[7-10]).

This will silence the "instance down" prometheus alarm, that currently exists on the PRO environment.
