NXCALS-1444 - Clean up NXCALS from migration modules/objects/etc

Guys,

this is to remove migration stuff from NXCALS. Mainly deletions but I had also to change the way we generate Gobblin jobs so that we can exclude other topics than the ones used by Gobblin from the Gobblin/Kafka ratio metric.
Please therefore have a look at the new definition of the etl_systems variable and the way we generate job files as well as rules for prometheus (that's pretty much all in green). Otherwise it's too much to verify I'm afraid.
