NXCALS-1458 HOTFIX: Adds import to common-keytab role on service-install.yml playbook

Grigorios Avgitidis requested to merge hotfix-NXCALS-1458-service-import-common-keytab-role into develop

This issue was not observed on test env, since the .keytab was already present, because of the compactor-install.yml module. It was though observed on NXCALS-TEST env, because the nxcals-test6.cern.ch machine had no other module that was administering that role.

Adding that common-keytab role, as expected solves the issue for the service module.
