NXCALS-1649 Moves reader's extraction date to overcome issues with the new date dir layout

We have integrated the expanding of dates extracted out of the staging directories into a nested date structure.

Now there is a need to move the monitoring reader's extraction beginning date, in order to overcome issues with old data directory path. The new structure contains date expanded to nested directories and it will take affect after the new compactor is deployed and we have the first successful compaction.

The extraction date must correctly point to a time after those actions.

Thus, it will be set to midday of Saturday (21st of April).
