Revert "Merge branch 'feature-NXCALS-1625-testbed-on-new-hardware' into 'develop'"

The cs-ccr-nxcalstbs2.cern.ch machine, is phasing some, yet unknown issue (for our sysadmins) with it's storage.

This is stating the machine incapable for operations, until the issue is addressed (waiting at least till Tuesday, as I've been informed).

Therefore we have to revert our TESTBED inventory hosts, to utilize the old BE-CO machines.
