An effort to stabilize the current situation with augmented HFDS ranges on gobblin-kafka pipeline

This MR contains fixes for the following issues:

NXCALS-2061 NXCALS staging build failed due to wrong Zookeepers restart procedure

Enlarges kafka-zookeeper communication timeout

NXCALS-2076 HDFS problem on NXCALS

Related with gobblin hadoop jar configuration

Closes NXCALS-2076
