Currently on STAGING and PRO we have reported data-losses, but the processes are about to overcome the issue. The extracted values count is almost aligned with the expected per-hour count.

Due to that our staging build failed on integration tests.

In order to accelerate the process, this MR, updates the monitoring reader extraction time to the current date.
