NXCALS-2119 Increase the cache ttl timeouts

Due to: 2018-10-28 02:21:23.040 [WARN ] [https-jsse-nio-19093-exec-14] AbstractReadWriteEhcacheAccessStrategy - HHH020008: Cache[cern.nxcals.service.domain.Entity] Keycern.nxcals.service.domain.Entity#1088683 Lockable[(null)] A soft-locked cache entry was expired by the underlying Ehcache. If this happens regularly you should consider increasing the cache timeouts and/or capacity limits
