NXCALS-2005 Update NxCALS SWAN libs publish playbook to use the xrootd-client

Since now the xrootd-client (remote EOS file management utility) is now present on the cs-ccr-devX machines, we can now profit of using it for publishing our NxCALS-SWAN integration sources.
