Resolve NXCALS-2414 "Feature adapt javadoc generation"

Unfortunately doLast must by defined ONLY on the last task (and NOT on the tasks which are dependent), otherwise generation of the java docs was never invoked...

Verified that when building other module (data-access for example) docs are not being called during configuration phase.

Deployed everything to http://nxcals-docs-psowinsk.web.cern.ch/0.1.140-SNAPSHOT/ to double check that links to java-docs are working - small bug fixed.
