NXCALS-833 Vanilla Apache Hadoop for NXCALS

This merge request contains work against issue NXCALS-833 for environment preparation and configuration, to test connection with IT's vanilla hadoop cluster and open the way to migrate from the Cloudera one.

Good News: After days of mail exchange and reconfiguration, plus fixing the issues both on our modules and on hadoop cluster side... we have a straight day of smooth running, with all the modules working as expected. (Compactor is happily compacting it's stuff, reader is not reporting datalosses etc.)
