NXCALS-952 - Lost subscriptions on STAGING after redeploy of DDSes

Marcin Sobieszek requested to merge feature-NXCALS-952-lost-subscriptions-after-errors into develop

The problem was due to the fact that some subscriptions, for some reason could not have been established; the responses from a worker containing such errors were then not taken into account as managed subscriptions.
