NXCALS-2827 - getDataForSnapshot

Implements the simple case (just time window) extraction for Snapshots. The further options will be covered in another MR. We need to provide it asap to Manuel. Added some rudimentary junit tests - those tests will be surely extended with more features added to the snapshot data retrival.
