LCC file to insert BPM/corrs/dipole split

I have added a script in the source folder of the LCC lattice at Z energy that adds BPMs, correctors and splits the arc dipoles. This script acts in fact on the original lattice file (needs modifications to avoid MAD8 syntax issues). The files has to be correctly embedded into the workflow of creating the lattice file we want to publish...
