Add MAD-X installation script for FCC-ee Z operation mode. Two options are provided, to install either as BENDs or as TKICKERs. The former allows to study the change in the SR integrals, whereas the latter can be used to study the impact on the aperture. The example script will also show on the website.

The proposal follows what was presented here.
