Adjust dimensions of material scan

Anna Zaborowska requested to merge azaborow/OpenDataDetector:adjust_matscan_dimensions into main

This MR addresses issue #2 (closed) fixing the dimensions used for material scan with ACTS.

This will break run-material-composition test of CI, so please check the proposed changes so that I can I update the reference file.
