Decouple XML from DD4hep install

I encountered a problem on lxplus+lcg103. It looks like detector_types.xml is not necessarily part of the DD4hep installation. Looking into their repository it seems like it is fine to duplicate this file https://github.com/AIDASoft/DD4hep/blob/master/examples/LHeD/compact/detector_types.xml
